Physicist Claims First Real Demonstration of Cold Fusion

I remember hearing about cold fusion in the late 80s when it turned out to be a fake. Hopefully this time we'll have better news.

- For Windows (and Linux) users, there is the excellent ephPod. It is beer-ware and works quite well. Apart from the music, it also supports import/export of your contacts and notes. Very handy piece of software to have with your ipod

- I've been a FF user since the days it used to be called Phoenix. After upgrading to FF 1.5, I did notice memory leaks and occassional crashes. The issues got so annoying at one point that I decided to try IE 7.
Give Windows XP a Mac look and feel.

- I am a closet Mac fan stuck in a 'doze world. And, like many before me, I've tried to put a mac-ish look and feel on my boxes. But I have realized now that no matter how much eye candy I try to use on top pf windows, what I am missing is the user experience that comes with Macs.
Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1 Released

- I have been plagued by memory leak problems with 1.5.0. With about 5 tabs open in a window, FF would slurp up 130 to 150MB of RAM. I tried uninstalling all the extensions and everything else I couls think of, but the situation was pretty bad. But, after I upgraded today, everything is so much better.
